Privacy Policy

Tessora (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a pre-launch mid-term rental marketplace. This policy explains what information we collect when you join our waitlist, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. We do not sell your personal data.

When you join the Tessora waitlist, we collect:

• Name and email address — required to contact you about launch and updates.
• Housing situation or property details — renter type (e.g., travel nurse, military), target city, or number of properties you manage. This is optional and used to understand demand.
• Current platforms — for hosts, the platforms you currently list on (optional).

We also collect limited data automatically through analytics tools:

• Google Analytics — aggregate traffic data (pages visited, session duration, device type). IP addresses are anonymized.
• Microsoft Clarity — session recordings and heatmaps to understand how visitors interact with the site. Data is anonymized and aggregated.

• To notify you when Tessora launches in your market.
• To send product updates and waitlist communications via Resend and Loops.so.
• To understand geographic demand so we can prioritize markets.
• To improve the site experience based on aggregate analytics.

We will never sell your data to third parties or use it for purposes beyond those listed above without your consent.

We use the following services to operate Tessora:

• Supabase — stores waitlist data in a PostgreSQL database hosted in the US.
• Resend — sends transactional emails (e.g., waitlist confirmation).
• Loops.so — manages email sequences and contact lists.
• Google Analytics — aggregate site analytics.
• Microsoft Clarity — session recording and heatmaps.
• Vercel — hosts the website.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We configure them to minimize data collection where possible.

We retain your waitlist information until you request deletion or until Tessora sunsets the waitlist. Analytics data is retained per each provider's default retention settings.

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Deletion — request that we delete your data. We will do so within 30 days.
• Opt-out — unsubscribe from emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
• Correction — request that we correct inaccurate data.

Tessora is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. We will notify waitlist members by email of any material changes. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
